Reiki 1

Service Description

Reiki 1 is designed to teach you how to perform Reiki on yourself and your friends and Family. You will be given a manual, and MP3 audios, which you will need to study for at least three weeks before you attend your day of training.    During the day's course you will receive Reiki Empowerments which connect you to the energy. You will then spend the day using the energy and learning techniques and mediations that will enable you to become a clearer channel for Reiki. You will also learn the hand positions for a treatment and put this into practice. At the end of the course you will receive a certification of your training and ongoing support.
